請問伏立挺身下去的時候(胸膛接近地面 手臂彎曲)是要吸氣還是呼氣?那起來的時候(胸膛遠離地面 手臂伸直)就跟下去的時候相反?仰臥起坐也是如同伏立挺身的問題。仰臥起坐起來(頭部遠離地面)是要吸氣還是呼氣?那下去的時候(頭部接近地面)就跟起來的時候相反?如何才能最不傷身�
