仰臥起坐如果本身就有一圈游泳圈了然後開始訓練自己的腰作仰臥起坐會把游泳圈練成肌肉圈嗎朋友說肚子有肥肉作仰臥起坐腰不會變獸反而會把肥肉練成肌肉那就更難減肥了是真的嗎
