請問一下....我因為要上課了...沒有時間做以前那麼多...而將次數減少...(減算很多了...仰臥起坐從分段作加起來300下變成200下....伏地挺身也從加起來250變成200下)如果依次減那麼多(上課回來沒時間加上很累><")....是真的會變軟沒錯吧??那是會肚子變大再變軟....還是變成平的再變軟呢??還有...真的要
