我今年滿18歲但小肚肚這個問題一直困擾著我以前滿胖的後來因為不當減肥就是用不吃晚餐這樣來減的後來我也眞的瘦了但總覺得勢虛瘦因為我留下了一層脂肪後來聽老師說過向我這樣的減肥方法會消耗人身上的肌肉並不會消耗掉身上的脂肪後來便開始作伏地挺身但是在我的肌肉外卻還是裹著一層脂肪��
