各位先進大家好,我每天利用斜板健身器進行仰臥起坐(下背腰會痛但好得很慢),伏地挺身,啞玲立式測腰彎曲,弓背等;依健身網站看到的,做ㄧ次休息30秒後再做一次,飲食則ㄧ天2餐,以蔬菜2:瘦肉1+白飯半碗,可是,胸肌成長迅速,鮪魚肚卻消除的有點令人氣餒,不知各位先進可有良策指教一二��
