因為工作的關係,仰臥起坐必須在2分鐘內達到70下,平時要求的姿勢是屈膝90度的仰臥起坐,但是在怎麼練都只能在2分鐘內做40下而已,所以想請有經驗的朋友可以告訴我要怎麼做才能達到目標
