我想做仰臥起坐練一下腰力但有些問題不是很了解1.常常聽人說伏地挺身要做一天休一天.那仰臥起坐是否也是2.仰臥起坐跟伏地挺身大概是要早上跟下午都做還是大概其中一次做就好我大該都先做個60下當然不是一次做可以做完我只是想稍回練一下不要在叫我循序漸進做到100下了當然我也會以自己的感覺
