我做仰臥起坐的方式是~整個背部躺在地板上~屁股貼牆~下半身伸直靠在牆壁上~慢慢把身體抬起來~再緩緩放下~這個方式~效用顯著~但是我的尾椎往上10公分~出現一條深色的印子~不會痛~但是我很擔心傷到了脊椎~請幫忙解答!!...Showmore
