最近有在學校的重量訓練室鍛鍊但是在家裡伏地挺身還是最方便的所以想問以下幾個問題1.常常有人說把雙手食指跟大拇指相碰為成三角形效果會增加我覺得這會讓手肘受傷2.用5根..4根....3根手指手指作伏地挺身會讓手的受力增加嗎??或者只練到指力3.我在家裝的單槓最近想換位置因為我做的時候腳沒辦��
