我覺得我體重太重了180CM90kg正常來說這身高理想體重多少為佳呢?如果我除了平常一些運動打球等還有晚上會做伏地挺身仰臥起坐舉雅玲交互蹲跳等這些可以幫助瘦身且練出一些身材嗎我聽說不能做仰臥起坐會瘦不下來是不是真的因為我本身肚子和屁股比較大所以才想做仰臥起坐和交互蹲跳但是不知道會
