各位安安如題小弟我因為最近想練一下伏地挺身我的規定是:伏地挺身30下、仰臥起坐40下,做三天休息一天。我的體重:61公斤身高:165~170公分請問照我的規定這樣做,可能會增強哪個部位的肌肉?大概幾個月後外表才會有些改變?...Showmore
