請問我一天做伏地挺身20~30(幾乎都23~25下)下然後休息1分鐘在做6~10(幾乎都8下)下左右在休息一分鐘在6~10(幾乎8下)下在一分鐘在6~10(8下)下共4次做完然後休息一天在繼續做我這樣做一天休息一天力氣會有增加嗎還是我的次數太少了做這樣幾個月了覺得都沒啥差...Showmore
