最近閒閒沒事想來練個胸肌目前一天大概做60下而已但是我伏地挺身有分4種做法1.就是普通的做法雙手略寬於肩2.就是雙手的大拇指前端跟大拇指前端相碰食指前端跟食指前端相碰形成一個三角形3.跟1類似不過差在我是雙手握拳手心那一面朝內4.雙手與肩同寬下去的時候手臂不外闊而是靠著身體夾緊以上4
