最近我開始每天晚上仰臥起坐30下伏地挺身15下(下去3秒)跳繩300下等身體習慣了仰臥起坐和伏地挺身會慢慢增加我17歲了但是我的身高卻只有154體重卻快57了請問這樣可以長高嗎
