請問大家希望是有經驗的人來回答不要去複製別人的答案給我我伏地挺身都做100下我分三次做303040做完一次會休息10秒不知道這種方法是不是錯的我每次做完都只有感覺手很痠可是胸部都不會感覺痠我做伏地挺身斷斷續續也做了兩年了可是一點形狀也沒有請大家教我你們練伏地挺身的方法謝謝...Showmore
