我身高180體重75現在大一因為高中才開始打羽球我是打男雙的但是我打的一直沒有我想像的好我想增加我的臂力&肌耐力有聽說要練伏地挺身仰臥起坐跳繩跑步等等但是我想要一個確切的計劃表幫我去實行它我想週一到週五花一個小時左右的時間來練習它假日可以有更多時間來練習勞煩大大們幫我安排
