請問我身高167體重58`59我該怎麼做才可以練出6塊肌我現在只有浮現4塊要怎麼練才能練出6塊我想要練壯一點麻煩囉我每天晚上睡覺之前我都會先做仰臥起坐25下伏地挺身15下左右我想要快一點練出來而不是用撐的撐出來有神麼方法不要太難的或者是有神麼吃法??
