伏地挺身能做的數量跟吃的熱量有關嗎? - 伏地挺身

本身體質比較弱小伏地挺身一次最多大概10下而已在休息個3分鐘繼續做結果有時候5下就沒力了~有時候最多8下就是一天做兩回而已第一回10下第二回不一定大概作2個月數量都沒辦法增加耶是做的回合數太少嗎?可是我做兩次就真的沒力量了有時候狀況不好連10下都絕得好吃力這樣該怎麼改善呢>?是不是��
