伏地挺身與仰臥起坐的正確姿勢是如何?因為聽說姿勢不正確會受傷我仰臥起坐是用抬腿的可是後來拉傷背部..還在復健該如何做才不會受傷又達到有真正訓練效果?我現在伏地挺身一天12組一組25下一組一組間的休息時間不一定聽說一組做完做下一組只能休息30秒?要做到哪種程度才會知道有訓練到又不會��
