我是國三女生^^在網路上看了很多方法我有在做跪姿的伏地挺身也有在做仰臥起坐仰臥起坐手扶著頭只能做10下而且每次到9,10下的時候就真的覺得肚子要出好大的力氣還蠻吃力的一天大概做個幾回吧!如果這樣每天做個幾十下或更多久了是會增加腹部的力量還是什麼?做跪姿的伏地挺身時我是把首開的比肩
