我是在9月時開始做伏地挺身一開使狀況很好從5下每天做5組變成20下每天做5組再變成40下每天做5組可是最近做到20下時就覺得肌肉很酸做了20下左右就會停下來現在又變成20下每天做5組了....我的問題是:1.為什麼我天天練習可是卻從40下變成20下呢?是因為冬天的關係嗎?2.有什麼方法可以改善現狀?...Showmore
