小弟我目前高2身高173體重54(很瘦弱)小弟大概從國三開始就有每天做伏地挺身的習慣持續到了高2原本作伏地挺身的動機是想讓力氣變大但是總覺得我的雙手肌肉變的很結實但是我的力氣並沒有變大的感覺!每次跟那種胖胖的人比腕力幾乎都是被秒殺覺得滿嘔的。想請問各位大大要如何做才能使雙手的力�
