伏地挺身要如何做才不會學得累?我都一次作5下(每天)那仰臥起坐要如何保護腰椎?我腰椎之前有受傷不過還是可以做仰臥起坐我可以慢慢的作仰臥起坐對腰椎沒有傷害跟影響嗎?
