我伏地起身我做的方法是做10下(到手有點酸)休息35秒再做10下(到手有點酸)休息35秒接著作到完全沒力~這樣一天大概30下休息10分去做仰臥起坐也是分三次做前二次都做到有點酸休息35秒最後一次最到沒力不過我這樣做玩手隔天也不會痠欸......聽說手會酸代表比較有教果請問仰臥起坐我做的方法是慢速起來
