我想要趁現在到7月左右的這段時間練練身體目標是可以手臂肌肉可以大一點然後還想要可以拉的起來單槓可是平常不是太有時間只想要作伏立挺身或是舉啞鈴的其中一種就好家裡有一個20的啞鈴(上面寫一個20..不知道是公斤還是磅)想請問一下做哪一種比較會有效果呢?然後應該做幾下比較ok呢我平常做20��
