目前國三167cm52kg想練肩膀寬度讓肩膀看起來寬請問每天伏地挺身10下+仰臥起坐20下算過度訓練嗎?很怕長不高==因為有7~8個月我都沒什麼運動又晚睡所以都沒長高==但之前五~六年級時暑假兩個月每天打球就衝了7cm每次暑假都7cm但國鐘之後就沒有持續每天打球了大概也只有體育課打所以何謂過度訓練?這樣算�
