我(73年次)現在有3個月的時間(有比有空)能自我訓練體能請問我該做哪些訓練?一天要花多少時間?才能讓我達到以下目標:徒手3000公尺11分鐘扶地挺身1分鐘做100下仰臥起坐1分鐘做60下引體向上1分鐘做30下有可能達成嗎@@?目前的體能狀況:徒手3000公尺15分鐘扶地挺身1分鐘做50下仰臥起坐1分鐘做40下引體向上1分
