手應該放哪裡?抱頭、抱胸、放兩耳旁?效果有差嗎?呼吸頻率?上吸下吐?上吐下吸?有差嗎?做完仰臥起坐之後馬上洗熱水澡然後睡覺~↑這樣的過程會影響效果和身體健康嗎?做類似仰臥起坐或伏地挺身後,隔天或會有一些地方的肌肉用力會痛~↑那是正常的?還是運動傷害?問題多~20點謝謝...Showmore
