做仰臥起坐的障礙 - 運動

家裡剛買了一台仰臥起坐板昨天很興奮的就做了20.30下(我幾乎不運動的)今天下午還想繼續的時候..發現連一下都做不起來了!感覺腹部都使不上力我想要把腹部的肌肉練硬一點(不一定要有腹肌)因為之前太胖(快100公斤),現在大約66~67公斤瘦下來這段時間都是靠飲食、跑步不過肚子還是留下了很厚一圈皮(
