~_~"因為容易有小腹,所以有做仰臥起坐的習慣!可是常聽人家說,做仰臥起坐容易傷脊椎是真的嗎?我每天大約會做80下,但做到50多下的時候就會覺的脊椎會酸~~~是因為姿勢不正確嗎?有所謂正確的姿勢嗎?
