我有點問題想問~每次做完有氧之後,教練都會在課堂最後帶大家做一些簡單的肌力例如:伏地挺身、俯撐、仰臥起坐等等...是因為有氧後練肌力比較有效嗎?還是有什麼其他的原因阿?
