我在晚上的時候做重量訓練就是把啞鈴放在肩上再做深蹲的動作因為有好幾個月沒做了結果我隔天早上腳卻變的完全沒力我沒辦法從坐著的狀態站起來一定要用手撐著東西用手的力量才站的起來可是一般的時候我的腳不會酸也不會痛...Showmore
