想請問一下...我現在才16歲身高大約171CM体重大約62KG做重力訓練會不會長不高呀??我平常大部分都只做躺著推舉啞鈴拉背由上往下拉的練習趴著拉舉不然就是練腹肌沒有做蹲舉或從上面下壓的那種練習我這樣會長不高嘛??可是我還想長高耶......我問了很多人....健身房的人說還是會他還說那是一種迷思因為
