請問一下!我現在每天都會跳繩1500下(一口氣)翰40下伏地挺身!!我這樣會有達到減肥的效果嘛!?因為我大概花了20分鐘而已!!不是要30分鐘才會有燃燒脂肪!?另外我只吃早.中餐!!晚餐不碰!!這樣可以嘛!?請大家多提供好的建議!!我(166公分體重60!)
