本人今年升高一想趁著個漫長的暑假好好磨練一番希望各位好心人幫幫忙在不影響生長的前題下擬定一套健身計畫我身高170左右體重55左右目標是長到180進入高中的棒球社我有一個啞鈴1kg和一台怪怪的東西....就是健身房都有的.....類似擴胸....可加鐵塊(在家練)
