(健身)如何練出兩臂渾圓的肩三角肌 - 健身

自己在家訓練已一年,胸、腹、臂、腿部…都有成果,但發現『前肩三角肌』較發達,而『肩後三角肌』較不發達……。似乎少了什麼訓練!請問該做什麼運動、或是什麼訓練,才能擁有兩臂看起來『渾圓』的肩三角肌?註:我沒上健身房,以啞鈴、伏地挺身、仰臥起坐、自身拉扯…為主。
