平時會去健身房做重量訓練~~並且喝乳清蛋白,效果還不錯不過去一趟健身房,從出門到結束沖水再回家,也要花個一個多小時如果有時時間不夠,只在家裡做個伏地挺身40下、仰臥起坐30下。外加一些伸展的動做......那可以泡一杯乳清蛋白來喝嗎~?效果會是如何~~?其實效果到是其次啦,我是比較擔心,��
