之前沒特別運動或健身的習慣這幾天跑上健身房第一個禮拜做了啞鈴的臥推(人躺平手舉啞鈴上推雙手只能各拿8KG做大約10~12下一組做到沒力跟上身痠痛第二個禮拜也是練胸做同樣的項目雙手各拿10KG做個1、2組就沒力了再來連8KG也做不到一組請問一開始會像這樣很容易做到沒力氣是正常的嗎還是因為沒辦�
