肥子想練肌肉我身高170體重95如果我想練出明顯的二頭肌該怎麼練呢??伏地挺身?舉啞鈴?搖擺鈴??還是練不出來一定要先把體重降下來呢??因為以前常常舉啞鈴那時候有練出一點點形狀但是之後太忙了所以又頹廢了我想知道該怎麼練才會有形狀還是一定要先減肥呢練肌肉不能減肥反而會增重嗎???廣告拜託別
