我高三了身高179/61.5平常在家有再舉啞鈴伏地挺身仰臥起坐我骨頭屬於天生比較小的但肩膀不會很小手跟手臂關節大概只有數字鍵1~3的距離練了快5個月從55~61公斤胸部跟手有長點肉了但還是不明顯還有腹肌一般來說要多久才會有六塊...Showmore
