各位大大你們好!!小弟有一件事情疑惑中,請為我解答><我身高181不過我上半身較短.下半身較長ˊˋ這樣是不是不正常?我看很多人都是上半身比較長?這如果不正常有改便的方法嗎?我目前20歲鋼退伍而已!!還會在掌高嗎=.=?我現在每天都有做伏地挺身.仰臥起坐這2樣,伏地挺身應為最近才剛開始做不太習慣1
