我本身每天都會鍛鍊身體大一到大三每天幾乎都會去健身房練重量寒暑假回家也都會在家做仰臥起坐機跟舉啞鈴或伏地挺身腹肌是有練出來了但我感覺沒有很結實而我感覺我的手臂沒有線條肌肉也沒很結實介感覺硬硬的而已1.是我做的方法不對嗎?2.如果我每天都做重量沒讓肌肉休息會怎麼樣嗎?肌肉會長�
