請問各位要如何增強"體力"-"耐力"-"肌力"?我國小、國中時都沒什麼運動,只是偶爾會去跑跑步、拉拉筋、舉舉啞鈴(一手6kg)、仰臥起坐,但是沒有每天做,都是想到才做(平均兩星期一次)。上了高中後去學武術,才發現"體力-耐力-肌力"不足~@@這是我ㄧ星期中的行程:星期��
