想請問各位大大(健身愛好者)...本人體重50kg,身高169cm,每天早上沖泡一杯(大概四湯匙)牛奶。啞鈴大概30下,伏地挺身約20下,滾輪15下,一天只練一組而已。現在很少在鍊了,發覺速度很慢,本人很瘦,小小肌肉而已,如何才能變更大啊?可以提供給我訓練課程嗎(在自家訓練)。希望健身教練或達人提供
