我現在高一.....身高175體重65應該是標準身材但是我身上有一些贅肉....我有在練身體可是我還想長高怕舉啞鈴根重量訓練會長不高(我現在習慣一星期跑步三次..每次大約操場20圈)請問有什麼方法可以讓我有肌肉但不會太壯碩(我不想當肌肉男XD)
