由於要上班,沒時間上健身房,只能下班回到家睡前作作簡單運動(如伏地挺身等等),但總是成效有限。不知有沒有健身逹人能夠提供能夠在家中自已利用簡單工具作的一整套的健身方法。謝謝!(我自已有二個五公斤的啞鈴)(希望整套的健身方法能朝加強肌耐力和增大肌肉,尤其是手和胸的部份)
