爬了很多文章,自己也親身去實驗,但還是得不到結果..有人說要有酸痛感才有練到,沒有酸痛感就要增加重量.有人說不一定要有酸痛感,重訓當下有以負荷量下去做就可以了.我一開始是比較相信第一種,不斷的增加重量,追求那種有練到的安全感.但幾乎都是加重的第一次會有酸痛感,之後就馬上消失了..都一��
