我現在舉的是5公斤的啞鈴已經舉半年了肌肉已經有變大到一個程度但感覺已到極限最近準備換一枝7公斤的啞鈴可是問題來了1.我的右手比左手粗而且粗得有點多2.胸部沒有刻意去練可是左胸比右胸大換上7公斤的啞鈴後會不會讓他們懸殊更大???有什麼方式可以讓他們的大小比較接近呢?ps.我平常也都有在��
