光坐仰臥起坐真的會廋小腹嗎?因為腹部都不會流汗,這樣會不會沒有燃燒到脂肪反而練出肌肉來呀!另外想請問手臂要怎麼減比較有效?還有,中午吃完飯後,約休息多久再睡午覺比較不會發胖呢?我都只休息15分鐘就睡午覺,但很怕肚子會越來越大?...Showmore
