我高一身高大約160-162之間吧我不知道還會再長多久....大家都說練肌肉會長不高尤其是做重量訓練我有在做仰臥起坐和伏地挺身可是網路上知識和我高中體育老師都說做這兩樣不會長不高那到底是怎樣勒ˊˋ我很想長高~~~
